RTIC Services was founded on a simple belief: construction could be done better. From day one, the goal was to create a company built on reliability, accountability, and respect for the people who rely on the spaces we work in.
What began as a small operation run from a dining room table has grown steadily through hard work, word of mouth, and long-term client relationships. Over the past decade (2017–2026), RTIC Services has evolved into a trusted construction partner for commercial, industrial, and hospitality clients across Ontario.
As our company grew, so did the scope of our work. We expanded from smaller repair and renovation projects into large-scale unit turnovers, restorations, and building upgrades for property managers, housing providers, and facility operators. Through each stage of growth, our focus has remained the same: complete projects efficiently, communicate clearly, and minimize disruption to daily operations.
RTIC Services is built on a hands-on leadership model and a skilled in-house team. We believe in being present on our job sites, solving problems quickly, and standing behind the work we do.
