RTIC Services was built on determination, opportunity, and a belief that construction could be done better.
Founder Carlos Ramirez began his career in construction in Mexico, where he learned the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and taking pride in every job. When he came to Canada, he brought those same values with him and set out to build something of his own — not just a business, but a company clients could truly rely on.
RTIC Services officially began in 2017 at a dining room table, fueled by a “can-do” mindset: whatever it took, our clients’ goals would be achieved. From the very beginning, the company stood apart through its accountability, responsiveness, and constant effort to find better ways to serve its clients. These qualities became key differentiators at the firm’s inception and continue to define how we operate today.
As the company grew, so did its reputation for dependable execution and hands-on leadership. What started with small renovation and repair projects expanded into large-scale unit turnovers, restorations, and building upgrades across commercial, industrial, and hospitality properties throughout Ontario.
