RTIC Services completed a full painting turnover for Foundry Lofts student residences in preparation for the new academic semester. Our team carried out wall repairs, surface preparation, and full interior repainting across multiple buildings to refresh and restore living spaces for incoming students. With tight scheduling between move-out and move-in periods, this project required efficient coordination and consistent quality across every unit. The result was a clean, uniform finish ready for occupancy at the start of the semester.
