RTIC Services completed a full apartment renovation for Crystal View Lodge Retirement Home as part of their resident turnover process. When a resident no longer occupied the unit it required a complete refresh to prepare it for the next occupant. Our team carried out a full interior flip, including a brand-new kitchen, renovated bathroom, wall repairs, fresh paint, and new flooring throughout the space. This project transformed the unit into a clean, modern, and move-in-ready home while meeting the functional needs of a retirement living environment.
