RTIC Services was engaged to complete a multi-phase renovation at INNO’s Training Shop, focused on restoring damaged areas, improving safety, and upgrading both the interior and exterior of the facility. The project involved structural modifications, moisture remediation, surface repairs, and full repainting to create a more durable and functional training environment.

Work began with the removal of an exterior shed and the permanent closure of an east-side door opening. New metal stud framing and insulation were installed, followed by exterior metal siding and interior plywood to fully seal and finish the opening. Damaged exterior tin panels were also repaired to restore the building envelope and improve weather protection.

Inside the shop, RTIC Services completed wall repairs, rust removal on metal floor plates, and full surface preparation prior to painting. Shop walls received a fresh eggshell finish, while safety areas such as fire extinguisher zones and exits were clearly marked in red and green for increased visibility and compliance. Mold identified on the west ceiling area was professionally cleaned and removed, with recommendations provided for further inspection of the moisture source.

Additional upgrades included cleaning, priming, and repainting the roll-up door on both sides using direct-to-metal primer and semi-gloss coatings. At the front of the property, damaged brick and metal sheeting at the gate and fence were removed and replaced. New metal posts with concrete bases were installed, extending the fence line by ten feet and improving site security. A new lock was also added to the man-door entrance.

The project concluded with power washing and repainting the front façade of the building, including both metal siding and brick surfaces, and the installation of galvanized metal sheeting on the interior shop walls up to twelve feet high for added durability and long-term protection.
