Stamford Estates is a senior living residence that needed both a functional and aesthetic upgrade to better serve its residents and staff. Our team was brought in to complete a comprehensive exterior and interior renovation
that included a full multi-color exterior repaint to modernize and brighten the building’s façade, as well as interior upgrades
to the common areas.
Inside, we focused on enhancing comfort and livability by updating flooring, repainting walls and ceilings, and refreshing trim and finishes throughout shared spaces. Every detail was considered with the residents in mind, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and safe environment.
This project required careful coordination with management
to minimize disruption to daily operations. We phased the work strategically to ensure safety, accessibility, and comfort were maintained throughout the renovation process. The final result is a significantly updated property that reflects the care and quality of the Stamford Estates community.
